Drip Opto T4B

For the opto compressor to work, you will need to purchase an optical cell (also found on the original la2a), this is called the t4b. It is made using two cadmium photo resistors and an Electro-luminescent panel.

This is what gives the opto its smooth compression characteristics. Drip designs and builds new opto cells for use in either original designs or for the opto pcb. Each cell is hand crafted using the highest quality components and heavy gauge copper.

The photo resistors used in each cell are matched for their rise time. The release time and compression characteristics are identical to that of the urei t4b. Each opto cell comes fully assembled and tested. Lead time for t4's is aprox 3 days to 2 weeks.
